Weekend Style

The weekend is full of strolling through the park, catching up with friends, eating brunch and enjoying time away from work, and as relaxed as it is you need to ensure you have a great outfit for each event.

Brunch with friends:

Weekends were made for brunch and there is nothing better than catching up with friends over mimosas and eggs benedict. A pair of skinny jeans, casual espadrilles and a casual and comfortable top are perfect for this kind of event.

A long country walk:

If you are lucky enough to live close to the countryside and the weather is favorable then a long country walk is always great for getting outside and enjoying the fresh air. A great pair of skinny cargo pants, a warm sweater and maybe even a rain jacket if the weather is still a big cooler where you are. On your feet, if the weather has been still a bit unpredictable why not try some quirky rain boots or some sneakers to give you maximum support.

Shopping in the city:

As any fashionista knows, spending the weekend shopping is just about the best way to spend a Saturday. Saturdays were made for shopping. Shopping requires style and comfort in equal measure. A comfortable pair of skinny jeans paired with some on trend ankle boots will complete the bottom half of your outfit. On your top half pair it with a casual top and a relaxed blazer. Accessorize with a slouch handbag to ultimate chic.

Strolling through the market:

If you live in the city or even a town pop along to your local market on the weekend and enjoy wandering through the stalls full of nick-knacks. You will want to dress casually, so a pair of boyfriend jeans, a t-shirt or comfortable sweater. On your feet a relaxed pair of espadrilles will work wonders.

Cocktails with friends:

Friday and Saturday evenings can often be filled up with dinner and cocktails with friends and you will want to make sure you look the part. Pick a great cocktail dress, some quirky heels and pair your outfit with a clutch bag.

Date Night:

Whether you are married, in a long term relationship or going on your first date what you wear is important. Obviously you will want to tailor your outfit to what activity you are doing, but if it is on the fancier side a black fit and flare dress always look stylish and elegant, and perfect for a date. Pair with some heels and an elegant clutch.

Sunny days in the garden:

With the long days of winter behind us and the good weather of summer imminent it is a great time to start spending a little more time outdoors. If the weather is on your side then relax in the garden with some cut off denim shorts, a camisole top and some quirky flip flops.
