Jennifer Lopez’s Daughter Joins Her On Stage For Mother-Daughter Duet

Jennifer Lopez’s 11-year-old daughter Emme is following in her mom’s footsteps. Lopez welcomed her daughter on stage for the opening night of her It’s My Party tour in Los Angeles where the two performed her song “Limitless.” The mother-daughter duo even wore matching red gowns for the performance, which Lopez later posted on Instagram.

“I can’t take it!” she wrote, adding the hashtag #ProudMama.

Emme, whose father is singer Marc Anthony, is no stranger to the mic. In December 2017, Lopez shared a video of her daughter singing “Do You Hear What I Hear?” with her classmates during her Christmas pageant at school. In February she posted another video of Emme, this time singing “How Far I’ll Go” from Moana, writing, “Happy birthday my perfect marshmallow coconut princess Momma is so proud of you!!”

Earlier this month, Lopez showed off more of her daughter’s solo singing skills in a video on her YouTube page, showing Emme belting out Alicia Keys’s “If I Ain’t Got You” for her mom and her team. In the video, Lopez even suggests that her daughter join her on stage during her tour.

“We should have her come out and do something on tour,” she said. “Want to put a little piece in this show? We’ll see, we’ll check it out. You don’t have to.”

Turns out, Emme didn’t mind. Like her mom, she looked pretty comfortable performing in front of thousands of fans.
