Trends From NYFW: Whites To Work Into Your Wardrobe

One of the newest trends are have seen in the last few weeks has been stark whites. These are perfectly crisp, nicely managed whites. They shouldn’t have any yellowing or browning on them and never any stains.

For most of us, wearing white is a lesson in faith. However, with some of these great options, you won’t have to worry about a few mustard stains.

Add Some White Pants

For a long time, there was a thought that most people couldn’t pull off white jeans. Don’t listen to those people, they only want to bring you down. When you add white pants to your wardrobe, you can wear almost anything with them. This will extend the life of your favorite pieces and make you feel better.

In order to feel comfortable in your white jeans, you want to make sure that they are perfectly hemmed and tailored to your body. When they look bad on someone, it is often because they haven’t been tailored.

A Little White Dress

Sure, we all have a little black dress in our wardrobes, but what about a little white dress? Often, little white dresses can be dressed up or dressed down in ways that some LBDs just cannot be – and they are often cooly and more flowy to wear at outside events.

Just because the LBD is a classic doesn’t mean that it shouldn’t have some competition.

Go Easy Breezy With A Plain White T-Shirt

Sometimes, fashion doesn’t have to be so complicated. Instead of worrying about trying out the stark white trend in a shape or style you haven’t before, why not go back to the basics? With a plain white t-shirt, you will be able to mix and match the wardrobe that you already have.

One thing you shouldn’t do? Use that old white shirt that has been hanging around for when you haven’t done laundry in a while – you should probably get yourself something new.

Work From The Bottom Up

Of course, white sneakers have been a trend for the last few years now, so you probably already have a pair or two. That’s good because that is one of the easiest ways to keep up with the trend. Simply add white sneakers to any outfit and you are ready.

If your white sneakers are looking a little worse for the wear, you may want to get something new.

White is the color of new beginnings and fresh starts, so which one will you wear?
