Easter Outfit Ideas

Easter is a great time for those of us who love fashion. We get to wear things that really don’t fit into the wardrobe any other time of the year. It is the starting point for pastels, dresses, and just looking great in warm weather.

However, since we don’t usually get to dress like this, it is a time to splurge a little bit more and really go all out. Here are some of our suggestions:

For the Church

There are very few chances that we get any more to wear lace, so why not go all out on Easter and wear a lace dress to church? Since most of us cannot wear something this light during the other holiday seasons, now is our chance to go as girly as possible.

You can very easily dress this up as you wish or dress it down if there is a potluck afterward.

For The Egg Hunt

Egg hunts tend to be active and a lot of fun, whether there is candy within the eggs or something else. It requires quite a bit of running, bending, and movement – so you don’t want to wear a dress. Still, you also probably want to dress up or wear something that you will be afraid to get some grass stains on (those eggs with the peanut butter cups in often result in fights).

You don’t want to wear a dress to the egg hunt – you will have to bend over quite a bit. Instead, wear some great pants that have just a hint of spring flavor.

To Protect Your Head

With the sun getting brighter, now is a great time to wear your favorite springtime hat. This hat is something that you can use when you don’t have a great hair day or you just want to supplement your existing outfit.

Try to grab a hat that you can wear with many different outfits.

Great Shoes

Make sure to get a pair of spring sandals that you can walk in and will complete your entire outfit. Since you will likely be walking over many different types of terrain, you will want something that doesn’t have a stiletto heel but you probably also don’t want to wear sneakers all the time.
