Kate Middleton has made her second big appearance this week following the Queen’s state banquet for President Donald Trump and his family—and this time, it was unannounced. The Duchess of Cambridge stepped out tonight for the Household Division’s Beating Retreat. This event takes place annually before the Queen’s birthday parade, Trooping the Colour. Kate will also be out at Trooping the Colour with the rest of the royal family this Saturday.

But this evening, the Duchess wore a gorgeous cream Catherine Walker coat with a Mulberry clutch. She completed the look with nude heels.

The Duchess was last out on Monday for the U.S. state banquet dinner. It was a tiara occasion for Kate, and the Duchess of Cambridge chose to wear her favorite one: the Cambridge Lover’s Knot tiara. She paired it with a white Alexander McQueen gown.

Kate will be out next this Saturday with Prince William and their children Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis for Trooping the Colour, of course. Kate will ride in the carriage procession without her children. They will join her and the family on the balcony. This will be Prince Louis’s very first year at Trooping the Colour.

Kensington Palace has already announced two events for Kate next week. On Tuesday, Kate and William will visit Cumbria “to celebrate the resilience and spirit of rural and farming communities in the region,” Kensington Palace tweeted.

And on Wednesday, the Duchess will attend a gala dinner for Action on Addiction “in recognition of #AddictionAwarenessWeek, hosted by Action on Addiction and chef Skye Gyngell, and deliver a speech to celebrate the work of the charity,” the Palace wrote.
